My husband and I just got married here on 8/30/25 and couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team. Pat’s barn was the first venue we ever toured when first starting our search. We looked at a few others but couldn’t help but feel like Pat’s barn was the perfect fit for us. If you’re looking for a rustic/barn vibe but want the convenience of having a catering team that works directly with the venue and not having to piece it all together yourself, this is your place. Plus, it’s climate controlled! A huge stress reliever for us was knowing that regardless of the weather, we’d have a beautiful ceremony and reception space, which Pat’s barn provides. Kim was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and prompt in her responses. We went with 1824 for catering and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious and the staff who helped us were some of the kindest and friendliest people we’ve ever met. Our guests raved about the food and how kind the staff were. We truly had the best day and can’t thank everyone enough!

Everything was excellent. The food, drinks, and the service was excellent without asking. When we asked to modify something or table for dessert, it was done right away and we were very appreciative. Your staff are trained well and bring a lot to the table for sure.

It was a pleasure to have you sharing our day with us!  You and the other day-of staff truly exceeding our expectations! We had zero day-of concerns. The morning of, as I was getting ready, I took peeks downstairs and everything was coming together beautifully. When Victor and I entered to kick-off our reception, my jaw dropped! The table settings, arrangements, and decor were better than I had envisioned. Victor and I greatly appreciated how well you and your staff responded to our guests arriving early. It seemed as though not a person batted an eye. Victor and I were initially concerned that we weren't going to be able to enjoy the food ourselves much, but your staff ensured the hors d'oeuvres were passed to us - and circled back, too! I was relieved when your staff plated and served us at the head table during the beginning of the buffet. I was able to eat, drink, and breathe - the three things I wanted to do that day - you made sure of it. Victor was thrilled you were able to accommodate our cider toast vs champagne toast. We were glad that all of our guests could participate in our toast. The toast, the incorporation of our donut dessert and that of our signature drink - perfect! Your staff were discrete during clean-up and tidying of the buffet tables. Victor and I enjoyed left overs for days after the big day, and we are not complaining! In short - we appreciate your time and your efforts in preparing the best big day that we could have ever dreamed of.
