What other fees or costs will apply to an event?

There are additional fees for service or chef attendants, appropriate liquor permit fees and any upgrade selected for a service.

Other than food and beverages, what else is included in the costs of an event?
Click Enter to see the detailsWedding Tier Packages include basic linens, china, glassware, and silver table settings. Any upgrades of linens, tableware accessories or dining tables will be at an additional charge.
Is there a minimum guest count required?

Is there a deadline for making changes to an event?
Click Enter to see the detailsEvents with 50+ guests must be final at least 14 days in advance. Events with less than 50 guests must be final at least 3 days in advance.
This confirmation and guarantee will include the final guest count, exact times, location, menu choices, and room setup.
Do you require the use of specific vendors for floral, photography and entertainment?
Click Enter to see the detailsAny florist, band, photographer, videographer or DJ is welcome. Upon request, we can provide a list of vendor referrals who are familiar with the set-up and layout. Any vendors not included, can ask for a tour or briefed prior to the event but will need to follow all rules regarding load-in and load-out. Hotel recommendations are also included in our referral list.
Do you offer tastings for events?
