To comply with local regulations, most events are five (5) hours in length.

There is a Rensselaer County fee of 8% sales tax.
There are additional fees for service or chef attendants, appropriate liquor permit fees and any upgrade selected for a service.

There are no discounts available.

Wedding Tier Packages include basic linens, china, glassware, and silver table settings.  Any upgrades of linens, tableware accessories or dining tables will be at an additional charge.

Please work with coordinators on agreement for minimum guest count, based on the type of service being provided.

Events with 50+ guests must be final at least 14 days in advance.  Events with less than 50 guests must be final at least 3 days in advance.
This confirmation and guarantee will include the final guest count, exact times, location, menu choices, and room setup.

Any florist, band, photographer, videographer or DJ is welcome. Upon request, we can provide a list of vendor referrals who are familiar with the set-up and layout. Any vendors not included, can ask for a tour or briefed prior to the event but will need to follow all rules regarding load-in and load-out. Hotel recommendations are also included in our referral list.

Please work with coordinators on agreement for a tasting done at our main kitchen at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute campus.
